I love this kind of story, but the white on black type is so annoying as to make it unreadable. I understand that you may think that this technique suits the "noir" aspect of the subject matter, but, trust me, it doesn't work well is you want humans to read it.

That's a lot better. That kind of technique works well in small doses. And old Madison Avenue research from the 1970s concluded that it's not user friendly for most people. But anyway thank you.
